• Our machining expertise has been gained over more than 30 years and covers all machining disciplines including CNC Turning, CNC Milling, 5 Axis Milling, and Wire Eroding.

• We continue to invest in the latest available machine tool technology to ensure we maintain the highest technical offering.

• Machining is supported by a Production Engineering department utilising offline 2D, 3D and 5 axis programming software, with the capability to program machining and inspection directly from the Customer’s CAD model.

• Quality control is achieved by an extensive array of measurement equipment, and with a Co-ordinate Measuring Machine located throughout the facility
